Women's Management Committee (WMC)
The WMC was established in April 2003 by Andy Teppin who at the time was the Division 2 Women's coach. He also chaired the committee for the first two years. The WMC was formed for a number of reasons, but mostly to try & improve the Women's soccer program at the club. The members (Andy Teppin, Geri Dickson, Lee McKenna & Sarah Shaw) at the inaugural meeting debated & decided on the following purpose for the committee: "To ensure the continued improvement and success of Vic West women's teams. To increase awareness of women's teams and to promote coaches and players to become part of Vic West FC."
Current Members: Sarah McDonald, Julie Ross, Lee McKenna, Tanja Bullock, Tara Lindsay, Beth Cruise & Geri Dickson

Interested in coaching one of the women's teams? If so, print off the Coaching Application Form, complete it & then drop if off at the clubhouse (3255 Tennyson) or give it to one of the WMC members.
